At Naturalle Hair, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and in perfect condition.

Delivery Timeline

Our half wigs are typically delivered within 3–5 working days, provided the item is in stock. Should there be any unforeseen delays, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

Lagos Deliveries

For deliveries within Lagos, the delivery fee is paid upon delivery.

Estimated delivery charges are as follows:

• Lagos Island: ₦3,000 – ₦4,000

• Lagos Mainland: ₦5,000 – ₦8,000

Please note that delivery fees may vary depending on your exact location and will be confirmed before dispatch.

Deliveries Outside Lagos

For orders outside Lagos, shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery location. The applicable delivery fee will be communicated to you and confirmed before your order is shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the necessary delivery information to help you track your package where applicable.

Naturalle Hair Return & Exchange Policy

At Naturalle Hair, we take pride in providing premium-quality hair products that are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in excellent condition.

Returns Upon Delivery

All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. If you believe there is an issue with the hair you have received, you must notify us at the time of delivery or immediately after receiving your order.

Returns will only be considered if the product has a verified manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item.

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange may be approved only if:

• The hair has a confirmed quality or manufacturing issue.

• The product is returned in its original, unused condition.

• The hair has not been worn, washed, cut, dyed, altered, or tampered with in any way.

Our team reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any exchange request.

Damage After Delivery

Naturalle Hair is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Hair that has been damaged due to improper handling, installation, chemical processing, heat styling, cutting, coloring, washing, or any other actions by the customer or a third party is not eligible for an exchange.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If an exchange is approved due to a verified fault on our part, we will replace the item with the same product or an equivalent item, subject to availability.
